Planning Administrator
Here at GXO, we are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our Planning & System Team at our Kraft Heinz contract based in Wigan.
This is a permanent full-time role. You will be working 8 hours shift, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Develop and manage the day-to-day operational plan for the Repack operation, ensuring an efficient and effective workflow within the NDC
- Liaise with onsite customers to review priorities, adjust schedules, and ensure operational plans meet business and customer requirements
- Carry out strategic planning and forecasting activities, considering seasonal fluctuations, volume trends, and operational changes
- Monitor operational performance, complete daily reports, and analyse trends to support continuous improvement and service delivery
- Manage inbound and export planning, coordinating with customers regarding priority stock while supporting meetings and other operational duties as required

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, planning processes, and operational procedures, with the ability to anticipate and manage volume fluctuations
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and communicate confidently at all levels
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently using own initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant operational systems, with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, self-motivation, and discipline
