We are looking for a Planning & Analysis Assistant
To support the headcount and personnel cost planning activities of the Red Bull Technology Group, by maintaining and ensuring the data integrity of HR systems used for headcount and personnel cost planning.
This position will be hired initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Accountabilities
- Taking ownership of maintaining accurate records for new hires, employee changes, leavers, and planned proposals within our HR systems.
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits of the data held in the relevant HR systems to ensure it is always up to date.
- Liaising with the HR team members responsible for the maintenance of other HR systems, to ensure alignment of the data held across the department.
- Taking an analytical approach to identifying errors in data and proactively correcting them.
- Completing tasks to strict timelines set by the monthly and quarterly planning cycles of the HR, Finance, and Austria HQ teams.
- Working collaboratively with our various Business Partners within the HR department, the People Operations team, HR Data Analysts, and HRIS team in Austria HQ.

Competencies & Characteristics
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately manage high volumes of data.
- Logical thinker with the ability to quickly grasp processes.
- Competence with financial data and mathematics.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Confident in challenging the accuracy of data received from more senior team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Desired Criteria
- Experience of maintaining personnel and organizational changes in SAP and Oracle.
- Knowledge of HR planning processes and positions management logic.
