Job Title: Planning and Performance Lead
Location: Hybrid with 1 day per week in the London Office
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £50,430 per annum

What we’re looking for:
- Someone with experience of developing and implementing organisation-wide business planning and performance management processes.
- Someone with the ability to understand and align strategy, business priorities and financial budgets.
- Someone who has experience of designing, monitoring and reporting on KPI’s.
- Someone who can offer a first-class media service to the charity, helping oversee the day to day running of the press office and develop impactful and credible media messaging.
- Someone with the confidence of engaging and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders at every level.
