Description

Great People Work Here

In Twinings UK&I we are on a stimulating journey of transformation as we seek to achieve our exciting goal of becoming a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. We have created an organisation designed to be in flow, where everyone has a pivotal role to play, and an experience that enables you to get the most out of life at Twinings and thrive.

The Planning and PMO Lead will collate the ‘Here’s what’ from the various change projects around the business to give a view of the ‘So what’ to the Head of Demand and UK&I Change Agenda. They will also ensure that team members have the capacity; capability and correct structural resource to deliver projects and BAU on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate timelines and updates from all change projects in the UK&I business.
  • Build a real time view of how project timings are changing and clearly highlight where the change occurs vs a previous version.
  • Build a clear view of the ‘So what’ having looked at the overall change timeline – with a particular focus on resource; capability; commercial impact and capacity.
  • Provide a constant view of how people are feeling eg. Is the adoption of change going well; is there any fatigue related to the change.
  • Support the Head of Change in leadership meetings – providing a more detailed insight if required as well as supporting / helping reach the ‘Now what’ recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
