Position: Planning Assistant
Location: Daventry (Crick Side)
Salary: £30,766.32
Shift patterns: Any Five From Seven, 1x Earlies 7am until 3pm and 2 x Lates 3pm until 11pm
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract or secondment (Full-Time)
Are you ready to dive into the world of logistics?
A Typical Day May Involve:
- Support with customer liaison and regularly communicate with the customer on calls and via email
- Communicate and work closely with admin, stock and warehouse teams
- Monitor the production plan closely and ensure it is up to date and accurate
- Monitor consumables stock levels, completing a weekly consumables account and keeping an accurate tracker
- Provide data to the management team as and when required for reporting purposes
This Role Would Suit People Who:
- Have previous Warehousing experience
- Experience with WMS and planning systems (Nulogy and Blue Yonder) would be desirable
- Have Stock/inventory tracking experience
- Possess excellent planning skills with a proven track record
- Have strong communication skills - Verbal and written
- Are IT literate - Excel, Word, Microsoft packages
