For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakable about each one of them.

The Planning & Commercial Insights Manager plays a critical cross-functional role within the S&OP organisation, acting as the key link between Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production, Quality Control and Logistics teams.

The role is responsible for creating end-to-end visibility of intake versus plan, proactively identifying material exceptions, and coordinating actions across functions to support informed commercial and operational decision-making.

This individual will ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of product flow risks, supply constraints, and operational impacts on commercial performance, while helping to embed more structured, scalable reporting and communication processes across the business.

You'll be;

  • Owning and maintaining a regular intake versus plan view at unit and SKU level, including changes in both quantity and timing.
  • Providing clear, actionable visibility of performance against plan at the appropriate level of detail for commercial decision-making.
  • Ensuring reporting reflects the latest operational and commercial assumptions across the supply chain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
