Company Description
Planning Permission Experts are a team of chartered town planners with expert knowledge of the planning system. We are currently working on a broad range of projects of varying scales across multiple sectors including residential and commercial developments, telecommunications, enforcement, and countryside policy.
Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Planning Consultant at Planning Permission Experts. The Planning Consultant will be responsible for:

- Analysing development proposals
- Compilation of documents necessary for planning application submissions
- Writing planning reports and planning appeals
The requirement is for a planner available to work between 5-35 hours per week. As the role will mainly involve drafting of reports and uploading of planning applications, the work can be undertaken outside of normal working hours.

Qualifications/Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of the Northern Ireland Planning System is preferable and experience of ROI Planning System desirable
- Strong Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- 2 years experience minimum
- Ability to work to deadlines
