Due to increasing workload, there is an opportunity for a planning professional to join our team in Exeter (full-time permanent role).

The successful applicant will have a relevant planning qualification with at least 3 years’ experience (some of which must be in the private sector). Membership of the RTPI is desirable.

The successful applicant will be client-focused and able to act as lead consultant, principally assisting developer clients in meeting their objectives by obtaining permissions at local level and, if necessary, through appeal. You will have support of a team with a strong record in this regard.
