Planning Co-Ordinator Jobs in Audenshaw at Stannah – Join Our Team!
Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Co-Ordinator to join the Operations Department, based at the Audenshaw depot.
This role plays a key part in providing an efficient planning and administration service, supporting the distribution, installation and removal of new and reconditioned stairlifts across both local authority and private customers throughout the UK.
As the Planning Co-Ordinator, the salary is £24750. you will work 37 hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00 - 17:00. 4 x 7.5 hours days and 1 x 7 hour day in a 7 day period. This position is offered on a permanent contract.
The salary is £25400 increasing to £25900 after passing probation.

To be successful as the Planning Co-Ordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration. Experience working with customers, contractors or local authorities would be desirable.
Planning Co-Ordinator Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate distribution, installation and removal activity for allocated depots
- Contact customers to arrange installations and removals, providing a professional and empathetic service
- Schedule jobs for installers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Liaise with Local Authorities, subcontractors and internal teams to support job delivery
- Maintain accurate records across company systems and support continuous improvement

Planning Co-Ordinator Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, scheduling or operational administration
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Confident IT skills with good numerical and written ability
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
