ROLE: Planning Coordinator
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 9 day fortnight working pattern
LOCATION: Sellafield - Seascale - Location C0656
You Will Be Responsible For
- Planning and scheduling of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)/ reactive work requests in the CAFM system to relevant work teams or individual resource
- Proactive management and delivery of Movex requests in line with Sellafield procedures
- Take a proactive approach to day-to-day client and vendor queries, assisting where necessary and ensuring issues are relayed promptly to management
- Administrate and arranging meetings including preparation of agendas, recording and distributing minutes, WIP meeting (weekly Mitigation/WIP meeting with team leaders)
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
What We Are Looking For
- Scheduling, planning or coordinating experience
- A dynamic, organised individual with excellent communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office packages
- A general knowledge of nuclear site operational practices is highly desirable!
- Any service delivery, operational support, customer service experience
- Due to location Full UK License is advised
