About the Role
Servaada is looking for an experienced Planning & Dependency Lead to join our Central Change Office.
You will provide an organisation-wide view of plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across major change programmes.
What You Will Do
- Lead integrated planning across programmes and portfolios.
- Identify and manage key dependencies, risks and conflicts.
- Maintain visibility of milestones, regulatory deadlines and client commitments.
- Support complex change initiatives including migrations and transitions.
- Provide planning insight and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Drive improvements in planning standards and tools.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong planning and dependency management experience.
- Background in financial services change and transformation.
- Expertise in schedule management, critical path analysis and scenario planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience using planning and portfolio management tools.

- Outsourcing or consulting experience.
- Multi-client programme exposure.
- Relevant project, programme or portfolio qualification.
