Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team within the UK Delivery Project Management Office (PMO).
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the operational business providing functional user support of MBDA's Project Management (PM) Systems.

Supporting the deployment and troubleshooting of MBDA PM Systems, including:
- Provision of functional user support to the PM Systems, escalating any technical support issues where needed within the team.
- Working with business teams deployed across MBDA to support deployment of new or updated PM Systems and Capabilities.
- Propose and test developments to the PM Systems that will improve the capability available to the business.
- Provide leadership to user communities to gain feedback from users and support in the identification of enhancements.
- Provide PM Systems expertise and training support to the PM Academy.
- Support transformation programmes across MBDA related to how PM Systems are utilised, ensuring any enhancements in working practices does not deviate from achieving the business needs and can be consistently applied.
What we're looking for from you:
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to communicate solutions to a wide audience.
- Motivation to determine root cause and identify corrective action.
- Ability to influence, work independently and be part of an integrated multi-functional team.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting demands.
- Knowledge and experience of the enterprise systems such as SAP, Primavera P6, ARM, Primavera Unifier, Oracle Analytics and Power BI including MS SQL, Deviprop, JIRA, as well as MS Office, and Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) is beneficial.
