Job Description

We’re looking for a Planning Manager to join our adidas Global Strategy & Planning team at Omnicom Media. Working on one of our largest and most strategically important partnerships, you’ll help shape best-in-class global media planning and support markets around the world to deliver outstanding local activation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Strategy & Planning Director, Strategy Director and Innovation Lead to develop global planning guidance across audience strategy, channel planning, investment and measurement. You’ll combine data, insights and effectiveness principles with creative thinking to help adidas connect with audiences across paid, owned, earned and retail media.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence global planning standards, champion innovative tools and approaches, and contribute to work that sits at the intersection of sport, culture and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and delivery of global media planning recommendations.
  • Translate audience, cultural and commercial insights into actionable planning guidance.
  • Champion the use of OMNI and planning tools to drive planning excellence.
  • Help shape investment and measurement frameworks that support market success.
  • Collaborate across global teams and local markets to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
  • Develop connected media experiences that drive business and marketing outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in communications planning, media strategy or effectiveness-led marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital, social, content, commerce and traditional media channels.
  • Confidence using data and planning tools to inform recommendations.
  • Ability to balance global direction with local market relevance.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and markets.
  • Passion for creating impactful work and solving complex challenges.
