Overview
We are hiring a UK Planning Manager to play a key role in delivering impactful, insight-led media campaigns for a leading global entertainment brand. This is an opportunity to shape cross-channel strategies that connect audiences with world-class content, working alongside talented planning specialists, investment teams and client stakeholders. You'll have ownership of significant campaigns, influence strategic decisions and help drive measurable business outcomes for one of the industry's most exciting accounts.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Develop effective, insight-led cross-channel media strategies grounded in audience understanding and clear commercial objectives.
- Lead medium-to-large campaigns from initial brief through to activation, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
- Create high-quality presentations, media recommendations, campaign plans and performance reports that enable informed decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted media planning expert and strategic advisor.
- Collaborate closely with investment teams, media partners and internal specialists to deliver campaigns accurately and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, share best practice and contribute to continuous team development.
- Support and guide junior team members, helping them build capability, confidence and understanding of their responsibilities.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in UK cross-channel media planning, with responsibility for delivering integrated campaign strategies.
- Strong understanding of both online and offline media channels and how they work together to achieve campaign objectives.
- Ability to interpret data and audience insights to develop clear, compelling recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and a desire to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- An interest in entertainment, media and popular culture; experience working with entertainment clients would be beneficial but is not essential.
