Join our Airtime Planning team as a Planning Manager!

We're looking for an organised and commercially minded people leader with experience in campaign planning, media operations, or a similar commercial environment.

You'll lead a team of Campaign Sales Coordinators, ensuring airtime campaigns are planned, booked, and delivered accurately while providing an excellent experience for clients and agencies.

The Airtime Planning team sits within Bauer's Commercial function and plays a key role in delivering advertising campaigns across our audio portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations, we help maximise revenue while delivering outstanding service to agencies and clients.

The Difference you will make:

You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee the successful delivery of campaigns, manage planning challenges, and help protect revenue. Through strong stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement, you'll support Bauer's reputation as a trusted advertising partner.

Your role:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Campaign Sales Coordinators.
  • Oversee the planning, booking, and delivery of airtime campaigns.
  • Resolve complex planning queries and escalations.
  • Monitor campaign accuracy, reporting, and revenue tracking.
  • Manage team workload and ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver campaigns successfully.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.

The Skills you will bring:

  • Experience in campaign planning, media operations, advertising, or commercial support.
  • Previous people management or coaching experience.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve performance.

Working Pattern/Location:

This is a hybrid role, combining office and home working, with collaboration across multiple commercial teams.
