Planning Manager - Rotherham - £60,000 - £65,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading global manufacturer in Rotherham as they look to recruit an experienced Planning Manager to lead their planning and scheduling function.
It’s a very exciting time for the business as they are currently seeing rapid growth and are investing heavily as a result in the site to increase production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the scheduling team, driving performance against business objectives and proposing process improvements
- Own health, safety and environmental compliance within the scheduling department (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001)
- Work closely with sales and production to ensure customer requirements are scheduled, produced and dispatched OTIF
- Manage raw material and production planning across primary and secondary processes, optimising supply and reducing bottlenecks
- Deliver against financial and stock targets, carrying out regular reviews and providing recovery plans where needed
- Develop and train the team, manage HR responsibilities, and report on departmental KPIs

Previous Experience:
- Previous experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong track record of implementing process improvements within a scheduling or planning function
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders from operatives through to senior management
