The Role

We're looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead the planning strategy and delivery across our residential development pipeline. You'll work closely with our directors, external consultants, architects, and local authorities to progress and secure planning permissions from site acquisition through to discharge of conditions, ensuring schemes are deliverable, policy-compliant, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Location: Warrington (with travel to development sites across the North West) — full-time, 5 days a week in the office

Reporting to: Land & Planning Director

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE, plus commission on successful planning approvals.
