Planning Solicitor, 1-6 Years' PQE, Milton Keynes, Competitive Salary
A leading regional law firm is looking to recruit a talented Planning Solicitor to join its highly respected Planning team. The appointed solicitor will advise both private and public sector clients on strategic planning issues, planning applications, planning agreements and obligations, planning appeals, enforcement matters, and public inquiries.
- You will work on a varied caseload involving complex planning projects, delivering practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client's objectives.
- Applications are welcomed from Planning Solicitors with between 1 and 6 years PQE who have gained experience within a recognised Planning Law practice.
- You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage matters effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
