Planning Solicitor, 1-6 Years' PQE, Milton Keynes, Competitive Salary

A leading regional law firm is looking to recruit a talented Planning Solicitor to join its highly respected Planning team. Offering exposure to high-quality work, an impressive client portfolio and a supportive working culture, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a specialist practice. The appointed solicitor will advise both private and public sector clients on strategic planning issues, planning applications, planning agreements and obligations, planning appeals, enforcement matters, and public inquiries.

  • You will work on a varied caseload involving complex planning projects, delivering practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Applications are welcomed from Planning Solicitors with between 1 and 6 years PQE who have gained experience within a recognised Planning Law practice.
  • You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage matters effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
