Planning Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | Midlands
I'm currently working with a specialist regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor as part of the continued growth of its team. This is a great opportunity for a Planning Solicitor looking to join a well-established, specialist practice with a broad client base and a genuinely collaborative working environment.
The role
You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of planning matters, advising a varied client base that includes landowners, businesses and developers. The work is likely to include:
- Planning applications and general planning advice
- Planning appeals
- Enforcement matters
- Planning agreements and obligations
- Section 106 agreements
- Certificates of Lawfulness
- Development-related planning work
- Advising clients on planning strategy and potential development opportunities

About you
The firm is open to hearing from Planning Solicitors at various experience levels. You might currently be working within a dedicated Planning team or have developed planning experience as part of a broader Property, Development or Rural practice. The key is that you're looking for a role where you can develop your planning expertise, take on good quality work and become part of a supportive team.
