A Snapshot of Your Day
We are looking for a candidate who can coordinate key planning activities, including budget cycles, frozen load plans, forecast forums, and scenario preparation. The role involves close collaboration with Finance on budget-related topics and long-term planning, as well as forecasting resource requirements, such as machines, operators, and shifts, to support capacity planning in line with routing information. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and the wider Load and Resource team to proactively identify and monitor potential shortages, backlogs, material gaps, and additional workload. In addition, you will manage global planning stakeholder relationships alongside the Load and Resources Planning Manager, prepare scenario planning to support strategic decision-making, and take ownership of planning dashboards and KPIs. This position focuses on a long-term planning horizon of up to three years, supporting both budget cycles and broader strategic objectives.

- Enable strategic alignment between planning, operations, and finance through accurate forecasting
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to production targets by identifying resource gaps early
- Provide visibility and clarity through well-maintained and reliable dashboards and performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure planning decisions are data-driven and forward-looking
- Support long-term capacity planning that drives operational efficiency and business growth
- Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic environment
- Committed to consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that meet customer expectations
- Plays an active role in coaching, mentoring, and sharing expertise with both trainees and peers

What You Bring
- Solid experience in production or strategic planning
- High level of IT literacy and strong proficiency in Excel, SAP, and planning tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Effective communicator, able to lead discussions across multiple functions
- Organized and capable of managing long-term planning cycles
- A self-starter who takes initiative and drives strategic topics forward
- Responsible and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership over planning outcomes
- Demonstrates accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Shows respect for hierarchy, communicates appropriately, and collaborates effectively across levels
- Comfortable leading and influencing cross-functional conversations
