Department: Claims Management

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Description

New Opportunity

Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton. Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you’ll be planning our engineers' routes, booking inspections, and supporting customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, well-organized, and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.

What will your day look like:

  • Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
  • Arranging inspections with customers
  • Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies, and repair garages both via email and the telephone
  • Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto the database
  • Route planning for field engineers
  • Ensuring work is performed within SLA
