Planning Support Administrator
Based in Farnham, Surrey | Hybrid Working (3 days in office) | £28,000 - £35,000 DOE | Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
About the Opportunity
An established and growing wealth management and financial planning business is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Planning Support Administrator to join its Advice Delivery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and support to clients at all times.
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing processes efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, paraplanners, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute positively to team culture and business projects as required.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and delivery-focused.
- Experienced in a client-facing administrative role.
- Ideally experienced within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their development.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Desirable
- Knowledge of investment and financial planning products such as ISAs, GIAs, pensions, and bonds.
- Experience challenging and improving existing processes.
