Please note: internally, this position is known as Senior Planner.
About the Role
As Planning Team Leader, you'll lead a high-performing planning team, ensuring repairs and maintenance work is scheduled efficiently, and customers receive an excellent service. Through effective resource planning, workload management and coaching, you'll drive team performance and continuous improvement.
You'll play a key role in optimising our Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS), using performance data and operational insight to maximise productivity, improve processes and support the effective operation of our scheduling systems.
Working closely with colleagues across Repairs, Voids, Gas, Electrical and Customer Support, you'll help deliver safe, compliant and customer-focused services.

You’ll bring:
- GCSEs Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent experience.
- Experience of planning, scheduling and diary management.
- Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team. providing clear standards, direction and performance management.
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the social housing sector.
- Experience of working with the general public and external agencies.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive environment where colleagues and customers are treated with fairness, dignity and respect.
