Keltbray Plant Administrator
Keltbray is looking for an organised and proactive Plant Administrator to join our Built Environment Plant team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will provide administrative and planning support across the department, helping to maintain accurate stock records, coordinate transport activities and support the wider team.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare off-hire documentation for internal and external returns.
- Manage and update stock control spreadsheets, ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support the coordination of the department’s transport schedule, including material deliveries and collections.
- Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems for yard documentation and paperwork.
- Liaise with the hire desk regarding stock shortages and external supply requirements.
- Assist with raising hire and purchase orders for external suppliers.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day queries, issues and ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confident data entry skills.
- A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach to work.
- A friendly and approachable team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience within construction or plant operations would be preferred.
- Knowledge of the COINS system would be advantageous.
