Plant Manager – European Centre of Excellence

Ely | Full-time

DwyerOmega is a global leader in precision sensing, monitoring, and control technologies. Our portfolio spans pressure, temperature, flow, level, humidity, and gas detection solutions serving industrial processing, building services, life sciences, utilities, manufacturing, and energy markets worldwide.

We are looking for an exceptional Plant Manager to lead one of our strategically important European manufacturing operations and help establish the site as a Centre of Excellence for our European division.

Reporting to the VP Operations EMEA, you'll have broad accountability for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics, with responsibility for delivering revenue, EBITDA, safety, quality, and delivery performance.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop the site leadership team and wider workforce.
  • Drive operational performance across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics.
  • Lead SIOP, capacity, and resource planning to align operations with customer demand.
  • Deliver revenue, EBITDA, productivity, and cost targets.
  • Embed Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across the site.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery.
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop the capability, talent, and succession pipeline needed for long-term success.

We are looking for a high-calibre manufacturing leader with:

  • Significant plant-level manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Multi-functional operational experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • A strong track record of improving operational and financial performance.
  • Deep experience in SIOP, demand planning, and capacity management.
  • Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement capability.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen, including understanding of EBITDA drivers.
  • A data-driven, hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
