Plant Manager (Anaerobic Digestion / Maintenance)
£50,000 - £55,000 + OTE £65k + Overtime + On-Call + Career Progression + Growth + Training + Free Parking

Are you a plant manager looking for an opportunity to boost your salary and grow within a well-established company, who offer great training and career progression?
This company have been providing end to end solutions for the AD industry, for the last 14 years. They supply the machinery and equipment to sites, alongside highly skilled operatives to efficiently remove and dispose of waste. Being experts in anaerobic digestion, they provide plant operation and maintenance services, with their highly skilled team of engineers.
On offer is the chance to be a vital asset to the business. You will be spearheading maintenance operations and supervising team members to perform to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will report to and liaise directly with upper management, ensuring smooth operations on site and ensure ppm is scheduled correctly.

This role would suit a plant manager from any background with a knowledge of the waste management industry, looking to progress their career and develop their skillset within a supportive waste removal company.
The role:
- Provide weekly reports on quantities of waste received, energy generated and report any issues arising.
- Assist in the management, appointment and discipline of operating staff
- Direct and liaison with the environmental and compliance manager to ensure that all deployments and/or procedures follow regulations
- Assist senior managers with financial and budgetary reporting
- Assist with the service coordinator to ensure the planning of maintenance schedules and repair
The person:
- Experience in a plant manager position/operational role
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence
