Job Description
Drive Operational Excellence and Shape the Future of Our Manufacturing Operations
We are seeking a visionary Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility with a focus on strategic leadership and business growth. This is not just an operational role—it’s an opportunity to influence the direction of the plant and align its performance with the company’s long-term objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with vision: Develop and execute strategies that optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive business performance: Align plant operations with corporate goals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Empower teams: Build a high-performing culture through leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic priorities.

Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment
- Full P&L Responsibility
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes
- Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence
- Experience of product line introduction and change management
The Successful Candidate
- Is results driven – maximises effort to remove obstacles and achieve business results
- Has excellent planning and organisational skills
- Is committed to driving Lean and CI
- Is an excellent communicator and people leader
