Remuneration: £28,000 - £35,000 + £5,700 - £7,000 bonus

Role Overview
The role of the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor Plant Machinery will involve:
- Plant Operations & Maintenance Supervisor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products
- Supervise and lead the plant team, allocating daily tasks and ensuring production targets are achieved
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and carry out hands-on mechanical repairs and servicing
- Fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimise downtime
- Oversee the safe operation, processing and maintenance of heavy plant and GRP processing equipment
- Drive improvements in plant reliability, efficiency, safety, quality and production throughput

Ideal Candidate
The ideal applicant will be a Operations & Maintenance Supervisor Plant Machinery with:
- Must have experience in a mechanical, engineering or maintenance of large scale plant machinery
- Must have experience managing/supervising teams
- Ideally have experience with GRP or other abrasive materials
- NEBSOSH or other safety qualifications would be highly advantageous
- Project led with an ability to think laterally
- Strong attention to detail
