Job Title: Plasterer - Multitrader
Location: Wandsworth, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
MNM Property Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Plasterer - Multitrader to join our growing team in South West London. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong plastering skills and the ability to carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks within occupied and void social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, bonding, and making good after works
- Prepare surfaces, including removing damaged plaster and applying suitable finishes
- Undertake multitrade works such as basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor repairs
- Work on both reactive maintenance and planned works
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within required timescales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy working environment in residents’ homes
- Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and office staff
- Follow all health & safety and company procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plasterer in a maintenance or social housing environment
- Ability to carry out multitrade works to a good standard
- Good knowledge of materials, tools, and plastering techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full manual UK driving licence (essential)
