About The Role
RGB Recruitment is seeking a skilled Plasterer (Planned Kitchen Team) to join their team in Eastleigh, offering a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £37,633 per annum. This role involves delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across residential properties, including plastering, rendering, artex repairs, wall and ceiling work, internal and external rendering, tiling, and plaster coving. You will collaborate with other trades on planned kitchen and bathroom projects, ensuring a right-first-time service. Candidates must have proven experience as a plasterer and the ability to maintain high standards. A company van is provided as part of this role.

📍 Location: Eastleigh
💷 Salary: Up to £37,633.20 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week

What We're Looking For
- ✔️ Proven experience as a plasterer.
- ✔️ Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- ✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills.
- ✔️ A positive, team-focused attitude.
- ✔️ Full UK driving licence.
