Plasterer / Multi-skilled Tradesperson
Derby and surrounding areas | £150 per day | Self-employed / CIS
Regular work, with a retainer arrangement to be agreed
Pattern IQ is looking for a capable plasterer with wider trade skills who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term relationship with a growing business.
You’ll work in furnished, occupied character homes, following our damp-proofing installers to complete plastering and repairs. Plastering typically involves applying backing plaster and finishing the lower metre of walls. You’ll also carry out floor levelling and varied finishing and repair work depending on the job.

What we’re looking for
- Relevant qualifications and proven plastering experience.
- Floor-levelling experience and additional practical trade skills.
- Own van and full UK driving licence.
- Honesty, reliability and a considerate manner with customers.
- Willingness to record progress, time and materials.
