Plasterer / Multi-Trade Operative
Location: East Midlands

We deliver reliable, high-standard workmanship across every project, from small repairs to full property improvements. With a reputation for professionalism, clear communication and attention to detail, we take pride in doing the job right the first time.
We are now looking for an experienced Plasterer / Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be primarily plastering-focused, with strong experience in plastering and rendering, while also being confident carrying out general building and property maintenance work.

Responsibilities
- Plastering and skimming
- Patching and making good
- Rendering
- Dry lining and associated works
- General building and property maintenance
- Reactive repairs
- Carrying out multi-trade works across residential and commercial properties
- Maintaining a professional standard of workmanship when working on customer properties
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer or multi-trade operative
- Strong plastering and rendering skills
- Good general building and maintenance knowledge
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Own tools and vehicle preferred
