Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Plastic Surgeon at Park Square Clinic. The Plastic Surgeon will provide virtual consultations, assess patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures in collaboration with onsite clinical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, evaluating diagnostic information, recommending appropriate surgical or non-surgical interventions, and documenting clinical decisions in alignment with regulatory and ethical standards. The role involves coordinating care with other medical professionals, offering pre- and post-procedure guidance, and contributing to clinical protocols and best practices. The Plastic Surgeon will also participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and may support educational content related to patient care and safety.

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery, with demonstrated experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
  • Candidates should possess solid Medicine and Surgery skills, including comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient safety practices.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsurgery, particularly in delicate reconstructive procedures where fine detail and precision are required.
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency in plastic surgery; board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery preferred.
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license in relevant jurisdiction(s), with the ability to provide telemedicine services in applicable regions.
  • Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions, ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and adherence to privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA or local equivalents) is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development, ethical practice, and cultural sensitivity in patient care.
