About the Role
Are you a motivated individual with an eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated Plate Maker to join the team based in Bury. The role will be responsible for manufacturing photopolymer plates, ensuring client needs are met with precision and timeliness. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Review job ticket instructions to assess production requirements and priorities.
- Manufacture printing plates accurately based on customer specifications and timelines.
- Learn and operate all necessary platemaking equipment, including CDI, exposure, washout, dryer, and post-exposure units.
- Follow the quality control processes in place to maintain high standards of work.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience with photopolymer plates is preferred but not essential
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read measurements.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to comprehend work instructions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
