Role Summary
The Platform Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of Hoxton Wealth UK Limited's Model B investment platform arrangement, custodied by BNY Pershing. This role provides operational support during both the platform integration phase and ongoing business-as-usual activities. The individual will assist in processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting platform workflows covering but not limited to client onboarding, trade order placement inc. portfolio rebalancing, corporate event processing, and asset transfers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational delivery of the Model B platform arrangement with BNY Pershing.
- Assist in the execution and maintenance of platform workflows (onboarding, dealing, transfers, rebalancing).
- Assist with portfolio rebalancing activities in line with model portfolios.
- Process asset transfers (cash and in-specie), ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Support ISA subscriptions, and ongoing wrapper administration via alongside third parties.
- Monitor and track transactions to ensure timely completion and resolution of outstanding items.
- Perform routine reconciliations (cash, assets, and trades) and escalate discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, advisers, dealing) to ensure efficient workflow.
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders, BNY Pershing and third parties as required.
- Escalate operational issues, errors, or delays to the Operations Manager or Head of Operations.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and FCA regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Capture daily management information statistics.

Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is desirable.
- Experience within a UK wealth management firm, investment platform, or operations environment would be advantageous.
- An understanding of investment products and financial services is preferred.
- Progress towards, or willingness to undertake, relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI or CII) is desirable.
