Responsibilities
Our Platform Campaigns team owns the biggest commercial moments on TikTok Shop UK & IE - the major mega and payday campaigns that drive the platform's most significant GMV each month. These are high-visibility, high-stakes moments that bring together creators, sellers, and millions of shoppers, and they sit at the centre of how TikTok Shop grows in the region.
This role reports into the Platform Campaigns Lead and works across Product, Category, Creator Operations, Marketing, Strategy, and Data Analytics teams, as well as international and HQ stakeholders.
As a Platform Campaigns Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of TikTok Shop UK & IE's flagship campaigns, driving commercial growth through integrated marketing, creator-ecosystem collaboration, and platform-level campaign innovation. You'll combine sharp strategic thinking with structured problem-solving, strong data analysis, and the cross-functional influence needed to build scalable campaign methodologies and deliver measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale mega and payday campaigns across TikTok Shop UK & IE, ensuring alignment with platform objectives and category priorities.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies spanning traffic acquisition, creator collaboration, content amplification, subsidy mechanisms, assortment planning, and conversion optimisation.
- Build scalable methodologies, frameworks, and operational playbooks that support GMV growth, product incubation, and category penetration.
- Own campaign delivery end to end - timelines, stakeholder communications, execution milestones, and risk management - in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Run in-depth performance analysis across GMV, ROI, traffic efficiency, creator performance, and content conversion, translating data into clear optimisation recommendations.
- Surface seasonal and viral trends through market, user, and competitive analysis, and turn them into scalable growth opportunities for these business-critical moments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
