I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
On the back of that, we’ve built a world-class content agency. We help VCs, founders, and top tech executives build authority with funny or unique content on LinkedIn andX. Think breaking news, hot takes, and shitposts.
Most agencies sell delivery trucks. We sell Ferraris. We make our clients famous, and generational entrepreneurs work with us because nobody else can do what we do.
How you will succeed:
-
Prompt Communication: This is a role built for people glued to their phones. Prompt and effective communication is the key to this role. This will be light work if you’re coming from banking. Nights and weekends are relatively chill.
-
Relationship management: You know the CEO or executive’s business objectives; you know when they are traveling and where. You act on this information. Making connections, giving recommendations. They will try to hire you as their chief of staff after two months.
-
Capturing value: You will manage upselling, renewals, churn, and everything after the sale is closed. You love winning and like money.
