Platform Delivery Operations Lead - Mid / Senior role
Remote - London visits
Salary £100 - £120k plus benefits
Delivery structure & governance / Outsource engineering / Capacity planning
Talensa are delighted to be working with a small but fast-growing embedded finance B2B FinTech platform company enabling their International customers to provide a comprehensive and scalable retail and finance solution.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead delivery and operational improvement across numerous development teams and enabling teams (BI, DevOps, Product).
- Establish practical delivery standards, governance, cadence, and reporting; operate and continuously improve these frameworks.
- Coordinate day-to-day platform delivery, run meetings, identify and escalate blockers, and support team cohesion.
- Own capacity and priorities delivery roadmap across teams and regions.
- Implement consistent tooling and processes using Jira/Confluence currently in play.

Looking for someone with:
- Platform Delivery/Agile Delivery Manager / Product Delivery Operations or equivalent in a fast-changing Tech business.
- Experience running engineering delivery and has worked with an outsourced engineering function.
- Has used / scaled adoption of Jira / Confluence.
- Highly motivated with experience to know what good platform delivery looks like and drive to implement the standards and frameworks to create such an operating model which ultimately positively impacts their customers.
- Would prefer candidates with FinTech or SaaS Tech business experience.
