You'll be someone who combines strong Linux and cloud fundamentals with a passion for automation, observability, reliability, and developer experience. Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems, you'll possess the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and continually raise the technical standards around you.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the firm's production platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation to accelerate software delivery.
- Build and maintain observability tooling, including monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and incident response processes.
- Drive improvements across developer experience through internal tooling, automation, and streamlined engineering workflows.
- Optimise and secure Linux-based cloud infrastructure, with a focus on performance, resilience, and best-practice security controls.

Key Skills
- Strong experience managing and automating cloud infrastructure, ideally within AWS environments.
- Deep Linux systems administration knowledge and experience supporting production-critical platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD technologies.
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, and platform reliability engineering principles.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and experience operating in fast-paced, engineering-led environments.
