Platform Engineer (AWS / Continuous Integration) - £60k

About the Role
As the Platform Engineer, you will be one of our client's key contributors, guiding and fostering innovation by developing the platform for their leading-edge products within CI. You will work collaboratively to solve interesting and challenging problems in a cross-functional team with other engineering disciplines including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and Systems Engineers.

Must Have Experience:
- 3+ years AWS experience
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Terraform, Ansible
- 3+ years containerization and orchestration tools - Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Go, Python, C/C++, Java, or Rust
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control e.g. Git
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.
Nice to Haves:
- Helmfile or similar declarative deployment tooling
- OIDC, OAuth 2.0, or platforms such as Auth0
- IAM, key management systems, data security, application security, applied cryptography
- IoT systems integration, protocols, and services
