Platform Delivery Engineer – HealthTech - £70-75K - Remote First
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an innovative and growing HealthTech organisation, helping to design, build and evolve the cloud infrastructure that underpins critical healthcare technology.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has a strong software engineering background and has subsequently developed deep expertise in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining modern, scalable, and secure cloud estates, working closely with Software Engineers, Architects, Security, and Product teams to ensure our platforms are reliable, resilient, and capable of supporting continued growth.

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of professional experience, who is comfortable working across both software and infrastructure and can take ownership of cloud environments from design through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
Key experience required:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure
- Ability to build and manage Kubernetes based platforms and containerised workloads
- Prior Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
- Additional experience across CI/CD, Automation, and Monitoring
- Prior background / experience as a Software Developer
- Previous hands-on experience in HealthTech and / or Regulated environments is also required
- Able to be a focal point for Platform and work autonomously day to day
