Platform Engineer | D365 F&O | Azure DevOps
I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading retail business undergoing significant investment in its technology landscape.
They're looking for a Platform Engineer to play a key role in supporting and improving a business-critical ecosystem spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure DevOps, ecommerce platforms, and cloud-based integrations.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys owning platform stability, improving operational processes, and ensuring systems remain reliable during periods of business growth.

- Supporting a complex D365 and ecommerce technology estate.
- Driving platform reliability and service improvements.
- Managing releases and deployment activities.
- Monitoring platform performance and availability.
- Supporting integrations between key business systems.
- Troubleshooting production issues and reducing recurring incidents.
- Working with internal teams and technology partners.
- Ensuring security, compliance, and operational best practice.
- Contributing to future platform enhancements and optimisation.
Key Skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud-hosted platforms and modern architecture.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
