Description

At System C, we're on a mission to deliver technology that connects and transforms health and care outcomes. We're looking for a Platform Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and is passionate about making software delivery faster, safer, and simpler for engineering teams.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll help shape and evolve our internal developer platform, enabling teams across the business to build, test, and deliver high-quality software with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing, building, and supporting our internal developer platform
  • Developing and improving infrastructure-as-code capabilities to create consistent, repeatable environments
  • Maintaining and enhancing CI/CD tooling and build automation frameworks
  • Supporting deployment automation and helping teams deliver reliable releases to production
  • Working closely with development teams to improve scalability, performance, security, and reliability
  • Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve developer experience
  • Championing cloud engineering best practice, security, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Strong software engineering experience with.NET and/or PowerShell
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Experience designing secure, compliant cloud infrastructure
  • Infrastructure-as-code expertise using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, or similar tools
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus Deploy
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Cosmos DB or RavenDB
  • Exposure to secure development practices including SAST, SBOM generation, and vulnerability scanning
