Platform/DevOps Engineer | AWS | Kubernetes | Terraform | London
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling FinTech on a mission to build a world-class global platform and they’re investing heavily in the infrastructure that powers it.
As a Platform / DevOps Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and run the systems behind products used by millions of customers worldwide. You’ll work closely with developers to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that lets the business move faster with confidence.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect, build, and operate distributed systems in AWS.
- Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Write clean, production-ready code (Python preferred, but language-flexible).
- Drive improvements in monitoring, observability, and incident response.
- Automate wherever possible to reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
- Collaborate on architectural decisions shaping the future of the platform.

🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Deep, hands-on experience with AWS.
- Proven track record managing Kubernetes in production.
- Strong coding skills — ideally Python, but open to others.
- Solid experience using Terraform for large-scale IaC.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
