Join a cloud-native engineering environment where security is embedded into every stage of platform development and operations. In this role, you will strengthen the security posture of modern infrastructure by designing, implementing, and maintaining secure platform solutions across cloud environments. You will play a key role in building resilient, scalable, and secure platforms while supporting industry security standards and best practices. This opportunity is ideal for a security-focused platform engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvements in cloud security.

Accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure patterns across cloud environments, containers, Kubernetes clusters, and application services.
  • Manage secrets, credentials, and key rotation processes to ensure secure access management.
  • Implement and promote security best practices based on least privilege, zero trust, and secure-by-design principles.
  • Monitor infrastructure for security incidents, compliance issues, and configuration drift while supporting rapid remediation efforts.
  • Automate security updates, compliance checks, environment hardening, and infrastructure improvements using modern automation tools and AI-driven approaches where appropriate.
  • Conduct user access reviews, security assessments, and tabletop exercises to strengthen operational readiness.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and security-related documentation.
  • Support compliance initiatives and security certification efforts, including frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and support teams to integrate security into platform operations and development workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
