DevOps / Platform Engineer | Hybrid/London - up to £650 p/d Outside IR35 - Initial 6-Month Contract
We're partnering with a leading Energy Trading firm that is developing a large-scale Data & AI platform across both Azure and on-premise environments. They are looking for an experienced DevOps / Platform Engineer to help build and evolve the infrastructure supporting a range of data and AI capabilities.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, working closely with software, data and AI teams to deliver reliable and scalable platform services. The ideal candidate will also have exposure working with.NET.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform / IaC
- Supporting and evolving Azure and on-premise infrastructure
- Building infrastructure for Data & AI workloads and services
- Working with Kubernetes and containerised applications
- Developing and improving CI/CD pipelines and automation

Skills:
- Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
- Solid DevOps / Platform Engineering background
- Programming experience in any language —.NET/C# or Python
- Extensive experience working within highly regulated industries
- Experience with Azure and/or on-premise environments
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Strong CI/CD and automation skills
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and production environments
