#.NET Platform Engineer - £140k + Bonus
We are currently working with a global financial services company that's expanding its Global Development Team in London. This role will join their existing Python and Frontend community team, expanding its focus on the.NET world.
The role requires an experienced engineer with a strong background in.NET development, from a theoretical and practical perspective, but also someone who can and wants to continue to learn. You'll be working closely with development teams to understand requirements and assist in developing and improving back-end solutions on high-performance software.

You'll be working on:
- Building and enhancing their core platform whilst liaising with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and implement code.
- Developing scalable.NET services and data-driven applications
- Improving performance, reliability and operational resilience of production systems
- Set up robust testing patterns and evolve code quality gates
- Using agentic development tools and being able to drive shared agentic components and standards.
The ideal Platform Engineer will have:
- 7+ years of professional .NET backend experience
- Exposure to building or maintaining reusable shared libraries
- Familiarity with streaming patterns
- Ability to evolve an architecture from design to delivery
- Experience with agentic workflow tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
