About Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Opportunity

This company builds the intelligence layer that intercepts scams before payments clear. Their real-time investigation engine, powered by a growing fleet of AI agents, delivers critical risk decisions to leading financial institutions. They're backed by leading investors and are rapidly expanding internationally.

You'll own the infrastructure that makes those AI agents reliable: the orchestration layer, workflow management, data pipelines, and security boundaries. This isn't about prototyping; it's about designing and shipping LLM-powered flows in production, building stateful investigation workflows with graceful failure handling, and constructing the RAG pipelines and knowledge graphs that feed agent reasoning. You'll operate at the intersection of AI systems and critical financial infrastructure, with significant ownership over the platform's architecture and security.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
