Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company builds an AI data-integration and analysis platform for enterprise customers. Their systems automate complex document processing and data retrieval, operating within some of the world's most sensitive financial data environments. Security and compliance aren't just features; they are the core product, a hard problem they solve at scale. They're rapidly growing, backed by significant funding from leading investors, and now scaling the critical infrastructure that underpins it all.

You'll join a small, high-impact team, reporting directly to the founders, to architect and operate the entire platform infrastructure. This isn't just maintaining existing systems; it's about building the secure, compliant, and scalable foundations for a rapidly expanding enterprise AI product. You'll own the infrastructure roadmap, enabling product engineers to ship fast while ensuring enterprise-grade controls are baked in, not bolted on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
