About the Company

K&K Talents is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the European region since 1993. This position is with one of our clients in the United Kingdom who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Platform Lead Engineer

Location

London, UK (Hybrid)

Employment Type

Full Time Permanent

Required

  • 7+ years leading Data Platform, Cloud, Integration, or Platform Engineering teams.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise production environments.
  • Experience working in global Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder and client engagement experience.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake Administration and/or Confluent Kafka Platform.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
  • Good understanding of SCM tools like GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Data Mesh, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance.
  • Experience in monitoring, observability, and platform operations.
  • Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with SNOW workflows.
  • Exposure to Data.world and Manta.
